I am quite a fan of this ring, I think that it would look incredible on. It is called a mesh and filigree ring and is made out of silver. I like how the filigree looks like stones at first glance, although this would be more convincing had the filigree been highly polished. There does not seem to be any order to the positioning of the filigree either, which would look good on as there would be a nice contrast with the colour of the finger and with the rest of the ring. A ring like this is also very unique. Not many rings would be able to be called similar to this one which is another factor to its success in me liking it :)

I was looking at tattoos and I came across this example... I decided to post it not so much because I like it or dislike it, but because I think it is amusing and actually quite a clever concept. It's one of those images that you call someone to come look at it too. It is such a huge back piece and there is such a lot going on that one could stare at it for ages and still see new things. There is a human at the bottom of the piece who is getting pulled apart and he is all contorted trying to get away from the minions. At the top right there is a skull that has been created with the river and the space ships. This looks like a piece of paradise. The main creature in the centre of the back looks like he is in command to some extent - he is the biggest and strongest of the minions and is also wearing some device on his back.
Lastly, the is the back of the mans head that he has turned into the face of an alien. What I like about this is how this head appears to be above the skyline, above the clouds. This concept is used often in religious portrayals. Since the creature makes up the back of the mans head, one wonders if the man intended to be making a statement of his own status. I also really enjoy the mans ears, it makes me lol.

This is an album artwork from the band Cradle of Filth. It is one of my favourite artworks of all time by far, I love the colours, the mood, the subjects, everything!A feeling of vampire desires is created through the left hand sides subject and her positioning. Her head is tilted and she is exposing a great deal of her neck - more precisely, her jugular. The subject on the right looks to be poised about to take a bite. There is however no huge canines or deranged looks of hunger or terror which one connects with vampires feeding. The is a loving, calm, caressing atmosphere that has been created. Its quite a nice opposite effect with the bloodiness. I also like the attention to detail, the hair on the right subject is stunning while the left subject has what looks like a vail with flowers on her head.
Lastly, the albums name of "the principle of evil made flesh" works well with the idea of vampirism (which is often in peoples head) taking on a very real and solid form

This is a stunning example of steampunk style. What sets it apart from other steampunk pendants is the stones set in two of the cog wheels. The purple colour works well with the gold, silver and black tones. The stones also create a modern twist to the old school feel of steampunk. For the most part the pendant is flat piece, but the layering of the cogs create a lovely 3D effect.Overall it is a truly successful item of jewellery
